Spark your heart and mind through the practice of meditation.

Shambhala Vision is rooted in the principle that every human being has a fundamental nature of basic goodness. This nature can be developed in daily life so that it radiates out to family, friends, community and society.

Exploring Feng Shui as a Mindfulness Practice

Monday, February 19th from 9:00-4:00

We Welcome Everyone to Join us Saturday February 10th 2024

9:30AM to 12:30PM to Celebrate Shambhala Day

SHAMBHALA DAY, February 10th marks the beginning of the New Year, based on the traditional Tibetan New Year’s celebration of Losar. This day is particularly associated with gathering as community and reflecting upon the year that has passed and setting our intentions for the future.

2024 is the year of the Wood Dragon. The wood qualities are creativity and flexibility, the dragon is ultimate wisdom, confidence and power.

We will be celebrating in our centre with a live International podcast, meditation, chants, Elixir of Life practice and enjoying food together.

Please bring a contribution for a potluck lunch.  We invite you to wear uplifted clothing, and it would be wonderful to make an offering of a poem, a song or anything else you feel like sharing with others.

Please remember February 9th is a neutral day to clean up our homes and shrines to make them sparkle for the New Year.

You may also join us on-line, for the link and more information
